Scope of the Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Tech Revolve LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Custom software development
  • E-commerce solutions
  • BPO services
  • Digital marketing

  • Branding, advertising, and content marketing
  • Animation (explainer videos, product demos, promotional videos)

Eligibility for Full Refund

Clients are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The service purchased has a demonstrable deficiency, malfunction, or does not meet the specifications as agreed upon in the initial project proposal or contract.
  • The client reports the issue within 30 days of placing the order.
  • The client provides proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or invoice.
  • The client allows Tech Revolve LLC a reasonable opportunity to rectify the issue or provide an alternative solution before requesting a refund.

Non-Refundable Services

Some services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Customized products or services tailored to the client’s specific requirements that have been completed according to the agreed-upon scope.
  • Digital products or content, such as software, e-books, or downloadable resources.
  • Subscription-based services after the initial trial period (if applicable).
  • Services that have been fully delivered and meet the specifications outlined in the initial project proposal or contract.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, clients must follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email at techrevolve1@gmail.com.
  2. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting documentation (such as screenshots, error messages, or project deliverables) that can help us assess your refund request.
  3. Our support team will review your request and, if necessary, escalate it to the relevant department for further evaluation.
  4. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, Tech Revolve LLC may issue a partial refund if:

  • The service has been partially delivered or consumed.
  • The client requests changes to the project scope or specifications after the work has commenced.
  • Significant resources or time have already been invested in the project.

The amount of the partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as the progress made, resources expended, and the extent to which the service has been provided.
